1.) What is your experience?- 4 years D1 experience at Mid Major Level
2.) Is there some sort of evaluation?- Yes, the first workout will entail me discovering the athletes weaknesses, from there we create a plan to attack those in each proceeding workout.
3.) Do you offer any additional support? - Yes we offer film sessions, weight training and nutrition plans as well these are free at the request of the client.
4.) How long are workouts typically?- About 2 hours.
5.) Do you work with all positions?- Yes we have specialized workouts for each position including Centers and Power Fowards.
6.)What if I do not see results?- We are dedicated to getting you results but if our style of training does not fit your needs we are willing to adjust or refund the current workout.
7.) Why is your brand called U vs U- This is a philosophy we hope to instill in our players. We believe it will prepare them for the next level of life and basketball.
8.) Do you focus on ballhandling? - No, we focus on developing a well rounded, efficient player. Will we work on ballhandling? YES. Will it be our primary focus? No unless the player is struggling heavily in that area.
9.) Will you include Divison 1 concepts in the workouts?- Yes.
10.) Do you offer packages with more training?- Yes but we would like to speak to the parent or client about that either in person or over the phone.
